This is the perfect property for year round holidays, restful tuscan vacations or as a base for exploring Tuscany. Francesca is the most hospitable person and will bend over backwards to make your Italian vacation memorable.

She is a master in the kitchen and will serve you the best food you have ever had. She also offers cooking lessons if you are interested in taking some of her flavours home to your kitchen. You can have a relaxing day by the pool or go exploring by the day, Lucca and Vinci are both within
thirty minutes of La Fagianaia.

You can also hop on the train and be in Florence in 45 minutes. It is also close to other popular destinations in Tuscany such as Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano.

Facilities
There is central heating (included in the rate). We also offer free washing
machine facilities and wood to burn.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Outside
The shared swimming pool (12m x 4.5m) has scenic views over Montecatini and
the countryside. There are sunbeds and confortable arm chairs. The garden is
spacious and has patios with table and chairs and barbecues.

Golf
Important Golf Club is 10 km away.

Skiing
Skiing is 50 km away (1 hour driving).

for lunch or dinner, and also for Bed-n-Breakfast service!

Travel
Pisa airport is 45 minutes driving, Florence 40 minutes from here. Car is
essential.

Distances
Montecatini is 7 km from the villa, Lucca is 25 km (20 min driving). Closest
beach (Vecchiano) is 40 minutes drive.
