Our holiday farm Fattoria Ma’ Falda lies in an extraordinarily beautiful environment in the middle of Italy’s so-called green core. The agritourism is surrounded by protected nature with a particularly rich flora and fauna, as well as beautiful cultivated land.

Fattoria Ma’ Falda is an ideal holiday spot for those dreaming of a “green holiday”, a taste of rural Italy and of the characteristic nature of this Mediterranean country, or those who simply wish to be in the midst of the daily activities on a farm with peaceful surroundings. Our farm is at the same time an excellent starting point for those seeking cultural experiences and events, given its central location in relation to places like Orvieto, Todi, Perugia, Assisi, and Spoleto, as well as Rome and Florence.

The grounds of our farm surround an old manor house which was built in the 18th century. It was first used as a postal office and a place for changing horses. Its 12 hectars of land are now divided between grazing grounds, woods, olive groves and fruit orchards.
The running of the farm is now based on agriculture and animal husbandry for our own production of cheese, virgin oil, meat and honey. We keep goats, sheep and pigs. We are in the process of acquiring a formal recognition as an eco-farm (ecological farm).

We have three flats to let. These flats are parts of old farm buildings, restored and furnished with care and simplicity. All the flats are fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine, TV, a separate entrance and your own outdoor space.
Cats, dogs and small pets are welcome.
We offer both tastings and sale of our own products.
The hosts at Fattoria Ma’ Falda have four different mother tongues: Norwegian, Italian, German and French, as well as speaking English and Spanish.

* * High season: from June to September, Easter, Pentecost, Christmas and New Year.
* In addition to the ordinary number of beds in each flat, it is possible to order extra sleeping accommodation on a sofà bed in the sitting room or in a balcony room.
Every extra bed costs 20 euros per night.
Children between the ages of 0-3 are free.
Dogs and cats cost 35 euros per week.
Prices include bed linen and towels, energy (water, light and gas) and cleaning at the end of your stay. Heating is not included.
For weekly stays we ask our guests to arrive after 4pm on Saturday and leave before 10am on the following Saturday.
Payment in cash . We do not accept cheques.
Reservations are made by paying 30% of the rent in advance with a bank or postal transaction.

The holiday farm Fattoria Ma’ Falda is situated along the old state carriageway between Orvieto and Todi, a stretch well known by cyclists and motorcyclists for its panoramic view and admiringly beautiful nature.

By car (from Rome 130 km approx.)
Motorway A1 direction Florence,
exit at Orvieto, follow directions for Orvieto,
at the first roundabout take a first right following sign to Prodo/Titignano,
at the third roundabout take exit towards Titignano which is the beginning of the carriageway 79bis,
continue this road for 21 km. and you will see the sign for Fattoria Ma’ Falda.

exit at Orvieto and follow instructions above.

Highway E 45 direction Terni,
exit at Todi/Orvieto,
at the first stop take right, at the second stop take left direction Orvieto,
after 4 km approx. take right direction Prodo,
you are now on the carriageway 79bis,
continue this road for 14 km and you are arrived.
