The farm
house located on the fascinating landscape of
Valdera hills, among flower fields and woodland,
offers not only a restful holiday in contact
with nature just going for a walk or biking,
but being next to all of them, even the opportunity
of visiting the most important Tuscan cities
of arts .
The ancient building, restored respecting the
traditional architecture is divided in 12 apartments
all with independent entrance and typical tuscan
rustic forniture.
The farm
with its 600 ha of land owned by family Ripanucci
who have being devoting themselves to farming
for many years, offers a good variety of genuine
products giving you the possibility of enjoying
the real flavour of simple things. Reserved
only for our guests there is a swimming pool
with
Pool with Hydro massage
and Cross-current, Restaurant where its possible
to try different dished typical to the Tuscan
cuisine, accompanied with an excellent local
wine.
Podere „Trieste“ offers a many opportunities
of relaxing and fun: mountain bikes renting,
trekking paths, swimming pool with hydromassage
and famous Tuscan wine tasting combined with
typical regional dishes.
Furthermore from Podere Trieste deep in the
quietness of Tuscan country you can easily reach
the most important cultural centres of Tuscany
like Volterra, Siena, Pisa e Florence.
At our guest’s disposal 13 apartments all
with independent central heating and 2 of them
arranged for handicapped. The cottages Casa
Nuova, Casa Vecchia and Casina, all of themrecently
restored, have maintained the original aspect
even if provided with the desirable modern comforts.
On the west side of the
ancient building you have Casa Nova, made up
of seven
apartments, perfectly restored, with independent
entrance. Who loves total quietness can profit
of the spacious garden even sitting in the shade
of a secular oak enjoying the flavours of Tuscan
country perfumed by the ripe corn and field
poppies. At our guest’s disposal the laundry,
public telephone, satellite TV, swimming pool
with hydromassage.Open all the year long.
This cottage is the “little” of Podere
Trieste. An old barn restored with great accuracy
and formed by 2 apartments. The garden, surrounded
by cypresses, is enriched by fragrant spring
flowers.

Building composed by
4 apartments with independent entrance, all
of them arranged with typical Tuscan rustic
furniture. All these apartments have a fantastic
landscape and a spacious garden and as for the
others the swimming pool with hydromassage.
