FARM HOLIDAYS LA BRUCIATA

“La Bruciata” is situated outside Montepulciano and takes its name from the homonymous farm located on the edge of the “Poliziano” territory, which faces the gentle and spectacular hills of the Val d'Orcia.
Nearby there are many picturesque villages full of beautiful and artistic story: Monticchiello (it can be reached by foot along the paths through the woods), Pienza, Montefollonico, Montalcino, Cortona, etc. Montepulciano known as “The pearl of the 1500” is the most important in Tuscany.
Around the farmhouse the silence, the twitter of birds, the smell of the wood, juniper, rosemary, tyme and sage creates a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere.
You will have a wonderful holiday, where you can completely relax reading a book on the balcony that over looks the valley; by walking along the country roads around the woods, followed by a tonified hydromassage shower.
For those who enjoy sports, “La Bruciata” is ideal for mountain bike rides and lovers of trekking through the picturesque paths nearby.
During the week, it is possible to participate in various tours which we organise, for example: a guided tour of Montepulciano and a historical wine cellar with wine tasting.
“La Bruciata” will greet you with its exclusive and refined structure which is nice and familiar as it is family run.

Apartments

The farmhouse has been renovated completely with great care, at the same time offering a high standard and the comforts of air-conditioning, hydromassage shower with sauna, satellite TV, fireplace and a swimming pool with spectacular views of the valley.
The apartments are very spacious, with a rustic yet modern atmosphere.
The bedrooms are furnished with antique beds and wardrobes and they have the final touches of classic bedding and beautiful upholstery.

By car from the North:
Take the “Autostrada A1” exit at Valdichiana-Bettolle (n° 28) and follow the signs for Montepulciano. At the crossroads of “San Biagio” follow the signs for Pienza and after approx. 1 km turn left for Poggiano carry on following the signs for “La Bruciata”.
By car fron the South:
Take the “Autostrada A1” exit at Chiusi-Chianciano Terme (n° 29) and follow the signs for Chianciano Terme, and then Montepulciano. At the crossroads of “San Biagio” follow the signs for Pienza and after approx. 1 km turn left for Poggiano carry on following the signs for “La Bruciata”.

By train:
The nearest train station is “Chiusi-Chianciano Terme”, where you can find a taxi outside.
