Country House A beautiful 15^th century historical dwelling, located in Bominaco, Abruzzo, at 950 mt. a.s.l., surrounded by wide woods and the highest peaks of Abruzzo: the Gran Sasso, the Maiella and the Velino-Sirente.

Its ideal position in the heart of the parks and its links with the main highways, makes it a perfect base for visits to historic and artistic hamlets of Abruzzo, all reachable in less than an hour (L'Aquila, Assergi, Chieti, Teramo, the lake of Scanno and of Campotosto) and excursions to the Maiella and Sirente parks.

Guests can stay in an elegant apartment, equivalent to a **** star hotel, with a wedding room, a double room, a room equipped for two extra beds, a bath room with tub/shower, toilet, a living room with fire-place and TV, dining room, Stereo, kitchen with fridge, oven and dish washer.

You can also relax on a large terrace of 70mq. with a beach umbrella and a deck-chair, and for all those who enjoy reading there is a library.

There are many activities, for your time of leisure in a 15000 m2 park, like bowling. There is also a table tennis.

If you don't want to cook, there are many restaurants that are able to prepare genuine food with excellent wines.

Price (for least 2 night and inferior to 1 week)

Extra charge for heating during winter, Euro 9 for the family each day.

Conditions:
The fee includes: the use of water, electricity, gas and the change of bed linen.
The fee doesn't include: the cost of heating during winter which is of 9 € each day
Easy terms of payment: only for a weekly stay or more:
Children to the age of two is free
Children from two to ten years of age have a reduction of 15%.
For two weeks or more there is a reduction of 10%.
Two facilitations cannot be united.
Arrival and departure:
Arrival: from 15.30 p.m to 21.00 p.m of the first day.
Departure: before Midday of the last day.
