REGIA), 50 oak trees (QUERCIA FARNIA), some
fruit trees, olive trees, maples, elms, willow
trees, acacia
The cultivation is strictly natural and biologic
without any chemicals.
During the pulling down
of the house an old one cent coin was found;
it dates back from about 1808, under Napoleone
Bonapartes Reign in Italy.
The house is composed of 2 and 3 beds small
flats; you can add another bed in case.
One flat can be used by disabled people.
You can go into each flat through the same arcade.

and is composed of one bedroom, a dining room,
a small kitchen, toilet and shower.
Every flat has got telephones (you can only

The place is quiet! You can only hear the sound
of nature. A pheasant , a blackbird or a buzzard
looking for his prey can give you good
morning.
All the land is at your disposal; you can choose
where to stay and read a book or simply to take
a nap under the trees.
There are several paths climing up to the surrounding
hills.
