Our B&B has three quiet rooms each with a breathtaking view on the surrounding landscape.

They all are enriched with pieces of furniture which have been carefully chosen to create an unforgettable atmosphere, matching the fascination of an ancient setting to the most modern comfort.

You will enjoy the perfect romantic and peaceful setting, the care for details in each room, the use of sober but precious tissues, terra-cotta lamps and white hand embroidered linen.

Each room has private bathroom with shower, autonomous heating and independent entrance.

The landscape you can admire from the windows has inspired their names:

AURORA: on the east garden, its colour is the light blue of the sea at dawn.

CREPUSCOLO: on the west, its colour is the sky at sunset

PROFUMO DI SERA: it’s white as the light of stars. From its window you can admire the Sibillini mountains when at night are lighted by the stars.

A private parking is available for our guests together with some “common spaces” where they have the possibility:

To choose form our library a good book to read in front of the fireplace
To listen to music or to chat with other guests in the living room
To engage in preparing meals in our coloured kitchen
Have lunch or dinner under our shady portico with barbecue, or in the most attractive corners of our garden, under the shadow of mulberry-trees, olive trees or in the perfumed rose garden
