You are welcome in our Holiday Farm, where you can get lost in the feelings, the scents and the sounds of Nature...

The apartments, as all the other rooms of the Holiday Farm, are located in an ancient farmhouse, fully restored and endowed with luxury equipments.

All the typical architectural elements as the wood-timbered roof, the large fireplace, the characteristic "mandolate", the brick arches and the stone staircase have been maintained.

The colours of the paintings, of the wallpapers and furniture have been chosen very carefully in order to make the rooms comfortable and cosy.

La Limonaia (lemon-house), obtained from the final part of the cottage, is a big and bright room at the disposal of the guests for birthday and Bachelor parties, conventions...
In the surrounding park, in addition to the modern swimming-pool surrounded by the solarium, there are the little lake with the ducks, the paddock with the wild horses, the Pit of the Moon, the pine and oak woods, the vineyard and the olive-yard.
On the back of the farmhouse there is a large space that divides it from the oak wood.
It is clearly visible the wood burning oven and, on the right, the external space of the Limonaia (lemon-house).

It is a very nice apartment to which you can gain access from the large sunny farmyard.
We are welcomed by a warm and friendly place with a big fireplace, the stone staircase that leads to the first floor where there is the sleeping area and, on the right, the arch that let you see the kitchen.


In the kitchen area there are, in addition to the big sink, the cook top with oven, the cooker hood, the fridge-freezer and the very useful dishwasher.
To let you revive the old breath of this farmhouse, we have maintained every typical element: in this photo you can see the brick arch that divides the kitchen from the little dining-room.

GIRASOLE

the SUNFLOWER
4 + 2 sleeps, a bright sitting-room, the large kitchen with the fireplace...

The windows of this flat, that is situated at the final corner of the farmhouse, face in three different directions: to the east where, in addition to the swimming-pool, there are the vineyards of our farm, to the north with the lovely view of the medieval hamlet of Montecarlo and to the south on the wide farmyard.

The room at the ground floor is the typical wide kitchen where, together with the fireplace that fill a whole wall, there are a large table, the typical china cupboard and the kitchenette, equipped with all the needed appliances.

In the large and bright sitting-room, at the first floor, there is a comfortable sofa-bed that, if needed can be transformed in a twin bed.

In the kitchenette there are the sink, the cook top with oven, the cooker hood, the fridge-freezer and the very useful dishwasher.

The Holiday Farm San Gallo is a peaceful and calm place: the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday!

ORTENSIE

the HYDRANGEAS
from 2 to 5 sleeps, a wide kitchen with sitting-room, two bathrooms...

This flat does all its best to satisfy you!
In fact it could be used at its largest capacity (4+1 sleeps) using the two double rooms, the two bathrooms and the very large kitchen with the dining-room and the sitting-room.
The sofa can be transformed in the fifth bed.

MELOGRANO

the POMEGRANATE
4+2 sleeps, a large sitting-room, a canopied bed and a lovely view...

It is perhaps the most absorbing flat. Inside these rooms, with the deep painting of the walls, the furniture and the harmonized wallpapers, it seems to live in a fable.
At any time you expect to see a prince or a fairy.

In the same room there is the dining-room and the kitchenette. The extension table seats comfortably from 4 to 6 people.

LIMONAIA

The Lemon-House
for meetings, birthday and Bachelor parties, conventions...

It is a wide hall, with an outer space next to it, where it is possible to muster up friends, colleagues, employees...

At the final corner of the farmhouse, obtained in the old lemon-house, there is a large and bright hall at the disposal for birthday and Bachelor parties, conventions... in short for every event that needs a private room.
