The agriturismo s. Michele is situated in the "Valletta del silenzio", an oasis of peace and unsurpassed beauty few minutes away from vicenza’s historical centre. A former 18th century villa, it has been transformed into a charming and picturesque accommodation.

Over the past years, great care and expertise were utilized to refurbish the entire villa in a style that provides a luxurious environment whilst maintaining the beauty and heritage of the building, surrounded by its beautiful gardens and by the woods of the berici hills.

Its façade and the tiny lateral Loggia face the ancient courtyard and the surrounding land. Looking out of the windows, guests can enjoy breathless views over olive and old mulberry trees, the Berici hills with Monte Berico’s sanctuary and the gardens of "La Rotonda", Andrea Palladio’s masterpiece villa.

There are 7 Guest rooms including 2 junior and 5 suites with garden and a superb view over the olive tree fields, the Villa Rotonda gardens and Monte Berico’s hilltop Cathedral. Two spacious suites, one with private terrace, face the wide ancient courtyard and the private garden.

All rooms are elegantly furnished and decorated and offer comforts to ensure that your stay with us is as satisfying and enjoyable as possible.

The restaurant:

The little restaurant of the Agriturismo with its homely atmosphere, is open from monday to friday evening, to rediscover authentic flavours and recipes typical of the local region cooked with our homecured meats and vegetables.

Wines and olive oil of our production are combined with our specialities.

In the refined ambientation of the ristorantino, you can relax after a bath in our whirpool spa or after a nice walk to the Villa Rotonda, among trees and the romantic coutryside areas of the Valletta del Silenzio.

Only the finest materials are used in our mattress sets: pillows and mattresses are hypoallergenic and thorough cleaning methods are used in all areas;

Relaxing at the "Dimora San Michele" comes naturally and for those wanting to visit nearby beautiful cities such as Venice or the artistic treasures of Vicenza and the surrounding countryside, all facilities are close and easy to reach.

The Hotel is located 3 kms. (A 5-minute drive) from the centre of Vicenza and the Railway Station. It is a 10-minute drive from Vicenza’s business Fair.

Access by car is possible via motorway A4, exit: Vicenza Est (8 km).
