La fattoria il “Poggio”:la casa padronale è una costruzione del XVII secolo gli appartamenti sono successivi uno un tempo era utilizzato come scuderia l’altro come limonai.

Das Haupthaus ist eine Konstruktion des 17.Jahrhunderts, die anschließenden Apartments wurden in ursprünglich als Pferdestallungen ("Scuderie") beziehungsweise als Gewächshaus ("Limonaia" Zitronenbaumhaus") verwendet.
Das Gut liegt in einer hügeligen Gegend in ca 350 m über dem Meeresspiegel in einem ausschließlich biologischen Anbaugebiet. Es wird höchstqualitatives Olivenöl produziert, welches direkt oder "online" erworben werden kann. Die wochen- oder monatsweise zu mietenden Wohnungen liegen in einem paradiesischen Park mit herrlichem Altbaumbestand (Eichen, Linden, Zypressen, Flieder, ca. 4oo verschiedenen Arten von duftenden Rosen, Kamelien, Azaleen, Päonien und antiken Vasen mit Zitronenbäumen).

The farm "il Poggio",consists of the main house built in the seventeenth century.The two appartments of a later date were used once as stables and the second appartment for housing lemons over the winter.
The farm situated on a hillside approx 350mt above sea level,within a vast area of organic farming,produces extra virgin olive oil of the very finest quality which can be purchased directly from the farm or on line.
We have wonderful appartments available to rent weekly or monthly immersed within a cypress and maple,lilac park and with around 400 antique rose plants,camelias,azeleas, peonies and antique terracotta pots containing lemon trees.
The appartments each one independant, situated in a breathtaking position are of antique date and structually built in the typical style of tuscan farm buildings, have been finely restored so as to meet every day requirements of confort and relax.
