This agriturismo is the ideal place to stay for visiting the most important towns of Umbria and Tuscany, such as Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Siena, Arezzo and Trasimeno Lake, and enjoy the most important artistic events in Umbria: in Perugia Umbria Jazz and National Gallery of Umbria, in Gubbio the "Ceri Run", in Assisi Calendimaggio and the St. Francis celebration, in Spello the Infiorata of Corpus Domini, in Spoleto the Theatre Festival.

The old farm house has been recently restored, in order to offer our clients maximum comfort and warmth, typical of an Umbrian country house upon the hills.

Outside there is a large garden with pool, 20 hectares of woodland with olive-trees over 400 mt usl and wonderful hills all around.

Agriturismo Collina dei Fagiani is the ideal place to spend your holidays together with your family, or warm cozy romantic weekends: in springtime and summer after visiting artistic sites you can take a refreshing bathe in the pool. In autumn, when nature changes its colours, the new wine arrives and the olive-harvesting begins. Or in winter, when outside is cold you can smell the wood burning in the fireplaces.

Each nosmoking- room and juniorsuite, furbished with antique furniture and contemporary pictures made by the owner Stefania Fior, has its own bathroom, heating, telephone. The original structure of the house has been kept, with beamed ceilings and the big external stairs with terrace. Only 100 mt away some appartements in an old stone house are available for holidays and weekends.

By the buffet breakfast you can find: cakes made with our grandmother’s recipes, jams (made with our own fruits, rigorously cultivated without pesticides using only natural compost), the typical Umbrian unsalted bread and our home-made rye-bread, and of course coffee, milk and any sorts of teas.
