A typical Umbrian Farm
dating from 1440,the Casale della Staffa was
first resorted in 1810 and tastefully refurbished
in 2004.
The property is part
of the Estate “Conti Conestabile della
Staffa” ever owned by this Family.
The “Suite della
Torre” offers a beautiful finish and a
welcoming atmosphere together with a superb
view of the countryside and unfogettable sunset.
Adjacent to the main building 2 independent
and self catering annexes provide additional
accomodation in light airy rooms elegantly furnished
with antiques.
Besides the room you
can find 2 apartments suitable for more persons.
The Casale della Staffa
is provided with a large light airy Reception
Room with a stilysh and friendly ambience, a
large fireplace and furniture with a fine finish.
It is also provided with a large Congress Room
full equipped.
The Casale della Staffa
also offers the possibility of horse riding
in a large indoor manége, in the riding
ground and in the well-equipped horse centre.
Going on an excursion
on horseback or by mountain bike, working to
discover all the beauty of our region, swimming
in the outdoor pool and keeping fit in our well-equipped
gym.
Flight lovers can find
in the neighbourhood an airport for small airplane.
The nearby restaurant has a large dining room
and romantic corners and provides traditional
cuisine and local dishes.
I prezzi
delle camere sono da intendersi per notte, per
camera inclusa la prima colazione.
I prezzi degli appartamenti sono da intendersi
settimanali per appartamento comprensivi del
cambio biancheria settimanale, delle pulizie
finali e dei consumi di acqua elettricità
e gas.
I prezzi delle dependance sono da intendersi
giornalieri per appartamento con prima colazione
servita nel Casale
Le dependance fornite di cucina possono essere
affittate settimanalmente su richiesta.
Check-in: dalle 14.00 alle 21.00 - Check-out:
entro le ore 10.30
I soggiorni
settimanali vanno da sabato a sabato
Si accettano le seguenti carte di credito: Visa,
Mastercard, American Express
Politica
di cancellazione:
1) per cancellazioni effettuate entro le 12
ore del giorno precedente all'arrivo e per la
mancata presentazione l'importo addebbitato
è pari alle prime tre notti di soggiorno
ed in ogni caso il 100% per soggiorni inferiori
alle 3 notti.
2) Per cancellazioni effettuate nei 7 giorni
antecedenti la data dell'arrivo l'importo addebitato
è pari al,30% del soggiorno totale.
3) Per cancellazioni effettuate tra Il 7°
ed il 14° giorno antecedenti la data di
arrivo l'addebito è pari al 15% dell'Importo
totale.
4) Non sono previste penali per cancellazioni
effettuate oltre i termini sopra indicati ed
in caso di partenza anticipata viene addebitato
il 50% del costo del soggiorno restante.
