The farmhouse, accurately restored, keeps its characteristics of the Tuscan farm.
It is located on a hill top near Pomarance with a wonderful view on the surrounding landscape.
The farmhouse is situated in the centre of a sole property of 50 hectares bounded by the Possera river. It includes a large area of woodland, sowable land and olive grove.
The building is composed of three independent apartments with autonomous services and a proprietary external area. In addition, there is a bedroom with bathroom in a small annexed independent house.
The farmhouse produces its own Extra Virgin Olive Oil and cereals with biological methods certified by the Association "Suolo e Salute".
There is a common laundry and on request a large hall is available (about 80 sqm).
Guests may use without any further charges the parking area, the swimming pool (10mx5m), mountain bikes and barbecue.

You have an overall view from the house.
You can see the Rocca Sillana, a big and ancient fortilice which dominates the surrounding landscape. It is lit by night and you have an impressive view. From the structure you can walk down and shortly reach the Cecina river, where you can find sheets of clean water and where you can swim in the summer. A particularly wild and amazing place on the river is the "Masso delle Fanciulle". Moreover, there is a sanctuary called Berignone, where the local Comunità Montana has mapped out itineraries on foot or cycling.

Apartments

The biggest of the three apartments ( about 120 sqm ) downstairs is composed of a kitchen equipped with a cooker, a fridge and an old fireplace and upstairs three bedrooms ( 7 beds ), 2 bathrooms with shower, one of them being joined to a room.
The floors are done in terracotta tiles , the ceilings of the rooms and the kitchen with wooden beams in sight and typical Tuscan vaults.
Every single room is equipped with period furniture.
Outside you have a large covered veranda with a table.

The medium apartment ( about 90 sqm ) is composed of two rooms ( 5 beds ), two bathrooms with shower, fully-equipped kitchen and living-room. The floors are done in terracotta tiles, wooden beam ceilings in sight and wooden stairs.

The third apartment ( about 50 sqm ) has an equipped kitchen, a room ( 3 beds ) and a bathroom with shower. The floors are done in terracotta tiles.
Each apartment is equipped with independent heating adjustable from inside with a thermostat and it is furnished with family furniture.
