The farm house is located on the Padenghe's Hills, “Moreniche” hills descending towards Lake Garda. It is surrounded by nature, and immersed in a silent and ancient atmosphere, allowing the guests to relax and take a break from the daily stress. The company covers an area of 100 hectares, where various products such as cereal, olives and grapes are cultivated. The farm house offers accommodation in various rooms.
Warm and comfortable rooms have been created from the ancient nucleus of the property. The farm house offers double, triple and quadruple rooms in addition to a welcoming suite, from where guests can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Lake Garda. Each room has telephone, television and a mini bar and a bathroom that includes hairdryers. 3 of the rooms have a beautiful fireplace. The furniture is simple, traditional and functional and guarantees a very comfortable and cozy accommodation.
The buffet breakfast is served in the rooms that were originally the old wine cellars, where guests can access by walking up an impressive staircase.
During fall and winter, the old hayloft, which has been restored, is used as restaurant and offers the guests a warm and cozy atmosphere thanks to its large windows and fireplace.
During spring and summer instead, guests can enjoy the fresh air in a different part of the property that used to be the tools' storage room, in the shade of secular mulberry trees.
All the recipes prepared at the property are made with local products produced on location. Cold cut meats, jams, cakes, egg pastas, wine and other products are made and packed on location. The recipes follow the Gardesana-Bresciana tradition, so the first courses are characterized by soups and the “Casonei”, traditional filled raviolis. During summer, guests can enjoy grilled meat, sausages, pancetta, typical of these lands' farm tradition.

The farm house has a large indoor parking secured by video cameras and automatic gates, as well as gardens where children can play, a Bio lake and a long cypress path where guests can walk in relax. A large swimming pool surrounded by secular cypress trees is a small oasis to relax and practice sports or just lay in the sun. A Jacuzzi tub is connected to the main swimming pool. The use of the swimming pool is reserved only to the property's guests. On request it is possible to organize cocktail parties or other events on the edge of the pool.
The farm house has internet access, a Wine cellar and Wine Bar where guests can taste and purchase wines, olive oils and the jams produced by the company.
Just few kilometers away from the property, there are various Golf Clubs, such as the Arzaga Golf Club (2 Km); an International Horse Riding range (2 Km); the Padenghe and Desenzano sailing schools; Garda Karting and Skeet Shooting range in Lonato (10 Km); scuba diving: guided scuba diving excursions in the Rocca Aquatic Park. Many are the trails for the mountain bike lovers.
The farm house is located in a strategic location to reach many famous art cities such as: Brescia which is only 25 Km away with its castle, its famous squares and many important art exhibits; Mantova which is only 65 Km away, a true Renaissance treasure, with its 3 lakes, the Palazzo Ducale, Palazzo Te, the Castle of Saint George, the Bordello Square; Verona with its famous Arena, a world renowned center for classic music and opera, Bra' Square, via Mazzini with its boutiques, and the Roman Amphitheatre.
In few hours guests can reach Trento with its Cathedral and historic center, full of narrow and picturesque streets, always very clean and well maintained; Milan with its Cathedral, the Scala Theatre, the Sforzesco Castle and via Montenapoleone; Venice with its lagoon, Saint Mark's Square, the Clock Tower, the Doge's Palace, the Calli and the Canal Grande.

CHILDREN (in parents room):
Children up to 4 years old are free of charge; between 4 and the 12 years old the rate is 25 €/day; children aged 12 and above are charged full price.
