You are in the heart of The Marches, in the area where Verdicchio wine is produced.
This grape variety expresses its best peculiarities thanks to the favourable characteristics of the local soil.

The farm consists of four hectares of certified origin (D.O.C.) Verdicchio vineyards, one hectare of olive trees of mixed varieties, and half a hectare of truffle ground.

The central location of the Agriturismo makes it a comfortable starting point for any tour around the region, from the coast to the Sibillini mountains.

It is possible to plan day trips of great tourist and natural interest to the Riviera del Conero, Frasassi caves, centers of artistic interest like Jesi and its castles, Fabriano the homeland of paper, Urbino the birthplace of Raffaello, and many other charming villages where tranquillity and grace reside.

The agriturismo, converted from an original farmhouse, consists of three independent units for families or groups. Despite being located in the quietness of the country, the village is within easy access, just half a kilometre away.
Available to all guests is a common swimming pool and a covered pergola for each apartment.
