AGRITURISMO NACALINO

In the midst of the old stone walls and the carob trees that dominate the countryside of Modica, just a few kilometers from the sea and various Cava Ispica archaeological sites, lies the recently renovated "Nacalino Agriturismo", a typical farm house from the 1800's. This typical Modica farm house was partially built in the eighteenth century and partially in the nineteenth century. Restored by using traditional materials and techniques, the farm house is the ideal location to enjoy nature inspired excursion and visit the baroque cities of Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Noto. Its ideal location allows the guests to reach in few minutes many interesting tourist sites.

DESCRIPTION AND ACCOMODATIONS

The property is 44 hectares large, and has multiple structures. The property owners use bio agriculture methods to grow seeds, olive trees, and vegetables.

The structure has two rural homes where guests can be accommodated. The two properties are distant 8 km from each other.

The first one, Nacalino has standard rooms and a family suite. The surrounding space is equipped with tables, chairs, children toys and a large yard. The rooms are all furnished simply but offer every possible comfort: private bathrooms with showers, AC/Heating system, television and telephone.

The second home, Busita offers apartments completed with kitchen, living room and bedroom on the upper floor. Each unit has heating and AC system, bathroom with shower, bedroom and bathroom linens.

Price per person per day (including breakfast) - from € 40,00 to € 50,00
Half board (breakfast and dinner included) per person per day - from € 65,00 to € 75,00

Included in the price: Heating, Wood for the fireplace, Water, Electricity, Gas, End-of-stay cleaning, Set of bathroom towels, Set of kitchen linen, Set of bed linen.

Not included in the price: Set of swimming pool towels, Use of laundry room.

Notes: Check-in: from 2 PM to 8 PM (if not agreed otherwise).

The room prices are per person per night, the apartments’ prices are per day.

Children: up to 6 years old 50% discount; from 6 to 12 years old 40% discount (for the rooms not for the apartments).

Additional bed: 20% discount (for the rooms not for the apartments).

Services: Daily cleaning service and linen change is included for the rooms but not for the apartments.

THE KITCHEN

The property kitchen prepares local tradition dishes, prepared with detailed care. The products have the highest quality because they come entirely from bio agriculture and they are cultivated locally. Breakfast includes fresh milk, coffee, tea, home made breads, cakes and tarts, locally made cookies, preserves and honey. The guest eat all together. We organize kitchen courses.
