Nel cuore di storica Azienda Vitivinicola DOC, a pochi km dalle città d`arte, bel casale e suo annesso sapientemente ristrutturati e circondati da un Grande giardino privato con piscina.
Intera struttura è composta DA 1 casolare principale diviso in 2 spaziosi appartamenti DA 6 persone cad. Ed il suo annesso colonico DA 2 persone, per un totale di 14 comodi posti letto + eventuale divano-letto nel soggiorno.
BRUFA (x6) e MELA (x6/8): Ogni appartamento è formato DA tre stanze DA letto doppie due bagni completi, uno con vasca e l'altro con doccia, un soggiorno-tinello Al pianterreno Ed un soggiorno Al primo piano con stufa in ghisa a caminetto, un'ampia Ed attrezzata cucina in legno. Anche la scala Ed I solai del primo piano sono interamente in legno, secondo la tradizione locale. Molto rifinite e luminose, entrambe Le unità sono state arredate con cura e gusto, utilizzando mobili antichi Ed in stile, cercando di venire incontro all'esigenza del cliente che desidera ritrovarsi in una Casa accogliente e calda, come se fosse la propria. Ciascun appartamento oltre alla fornitura standard, è dotato inoltre di riscaldamento autonomo lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, asse e Ferro DA stiro, asciugacapelli cassetta di sucurezza, barbecue personale accanto Al gazebo privato esterno.
NIDO (x2/4):spazioso ingresso/soggiorno/zona pranzo; una cucina attrezzata con Trio Candy (fuochi, forno, mini lavastoviglie), microonde; 1 camera matrimoniale con letto a baldacchino Ed 1 bel bagno con doccia e lavatrice. Attrezzato per disabili.

The Country House Is placed in the Centre of a D.O.C. Wine producing Farm and hunting forbidden Estate situated in the quite and panoramic Tiber Valley, which operative hearth Is the FATTORIA SPINOLA, the owner's home.
The Estate Is about 130 hectares wide, but only 100 are cultivated (wheat, sugar beet, tobacco and 12 hectars of vineyards). The grapes produced are brought to a Wine Producer Association where a very nice typical white wine (Grechetto) and a red Doc wine (Sangiovese), are made and sold in the Farmhouse.
The Country house and its dependence which forms the Agriturismo "I Mori Gelsi" are placed in the heart of cultivated fields, close to AN hill of vineyards. It Is surrounded by a fully fenced private Garden with swimmng pool (5x10), fruit trees, aromatic herbs and flowers. The country house has been vertically divided into two big Apartments, while the dependence Is formed by one little independent unit. Furthermore, each apartment has a private wooden lighted gazebo in the Garden to enjoy outdoor lunches and dinners. At their arrival the guests will find on the kitchen table a "welcome basket" with the necessary for their breakfast (tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, sugar, marmalade, honey), two bottles of the Farm wine, AN home made salami and fresh eggs.
APARTMENT BRUFA (x6): ground floor with a large living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen with also dish-washer, microwave, and washing machine, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower; first floor has a large living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with baby cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bathtube and shower settings.
APARTMENT MELA (6/8): AN entrance with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen with also dish-washer,microwave and washing machine, 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. First floor: a large and light living room with fireplace, with a double sofa bed; 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds + a baby cot, 1 bathroom with bathtube & shower settings.
COTTAGE NIDO (x2): a large and sunny living/dining room with double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with also microwave, 1 large double bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. SUITABLE FOR DISABLED.
Huge organic vegetable garden At guest disposal for free; welcome basket with breakfast, gadget, DOC wine for aperitif.

L’exploitation agricole s’étend sur environ 130 hectares. Spécialisée dans la culture biologique de céréales et vin doc, elle propose un séjour en plein coeur d’une campagne préservée et vous assure une Grande tranquillité. Situé au centre de l’Ombrie, vous pourrez visiter les villes d’art comme Pérouse à 15 km, Assise à 10 km, Todi à 60 km et Le lac Trasimène à environ 20 km. I Mori Gelsi propose 3 spacieux appartements : la maison de maître EST divisée en 2 appartements et la dépendance propose Le 3ème appartement. Entièrement restructurés tout en respectant les traditions locales, les appartements sont agencés avec soin et décorés de meubles anciens. Chacun d’entre eux EST doté du microonde, chauffage, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, fer à repasser, sèche-cheveux, petit coffre-fort et barbecue. Dans Le jardin clôturé se trouve la piscine (5x10 m) équipée. Chaque appartement EST également doté d’une tonnelle avec table et chaises et d’un parking. 2 lits pour enfant sont à disposition. Il EST possible d’ajouter 1 divan-lit double dans Le séjour de l'appartement MELA et NIDO (Euro 100,00/personne/semaine). A leur arrivée, les hôtes trouveront un petit panier de « bienvenue » avec les produits de première nécessité et du VIN DOC gratuit.
